Nothing beats the euphoria I felt while and after eating this (raw sirloin steak, raw liver, raw eggs). Instantly after I got a crazy burst of energy and all my brain fog literally disappeared. It was better than all my other meals, usually I'd have cooked steak or cooked liver but my family wasn't home tonight so I decided to eat it raw. I feel bad for 99% of people who will never feel how I feel after that, its actually so sad

This morning my parents weren't at home because my mum was at work and my dad was at the shops so I decided to have some raw liver for breakfast. I took it up to my room and ate it while I scrolled tiktok. After I was done I spilt some liver juice on my desk so I got some wipes to to clean it up and then chucked the wipes in the bin (big mistake). An hour after my dad came home he knocked on my door and when I opened it he called me all types of names for eating raw meat. Since then he took my pc away and put a 1 hour limit on my phone per day. I was so confused on how he found out but later he told me that he accidentally dropped his keys into the bin (somehow) and then went digging for it, discovering the wipes with raw liver juice on them. Idk what to do anymore, my parents both think I'm a retarded weirdo who's on the verge of dying to some worms or some shit.

It is illegal to buy or sell raw milk in my country (Scotland) so is pasteurized milk still decent for maximizing development?

yo guys, currently I am 14 years old and I'm trying to convince my parents on raw primal but I cant think of anything good enough to persuade them and I'm starting to think they think I'm severely mentally retarded. Recently they allowed me to eat cooked meat basically everyday but most of the times its just steak and plastic wrapped ready to eat fish. I decided to make a powerpoint on the topic and show it to my parents to try convince them so if anyone could tell me what type of shit I should include in it to make it easier for them to understand I would truly deeply appreciate it.

Could eating boogers actually be good for you? If they were actually bad for you then children's intuition wouldn't tell them to continuously eat them for years and years, also they taste so good as well. After boogers finish cleaning the nose, what else would you do with them other than consume them?

My mums decided shes got fed up of me secretly eating raw meat so shes told me to make a weeky meal plan in this format:

The budget for the week is £75 max and my mums restricted me from eating any raw meats

The only organ meat I have access to is liver and the only raw dairy food I've got access to is raw cheese

Hopefully the meal plan will last me for 2 years until I'm 16 and move out and can buy whatever the fuck I want but I just posted this because I need help from people more educated on this than me to suggest what sort of foods I should incorporate

@Rabbi my bad I forgot to specify that everything in the extra row is spanned across the entire week, so there would be a lot of raw cheese and I will try to sneak some more raw liver
