I only recently cut out junk from my diet and started eating naturally, but my dark under eyes still remain. Im not sure if the little changes (lightening) I see are just that or its merely a placebo. Goatis says that its not related to bone structure, which i kind of understand, if you eat better, then your bones will develop more but your skin will also get healthier, so its not causation but a simple correlation.

@Rabbi don’t seeds have pesticides on them which harm the animal? Surely their liver cannot filter it ALL out right?.

Since I live in the city and my parents are too goyified to buy me good, grass fed liver, I have to do with grain fed liver, of course I have to cook all the toxins out but, it never tastes good. I wonder, the difference can’t be that large between grass fed and grain fed so why do people glorify it so much. Is it just because I cook it or what?
