drink how much blood and liver u want until u feel like its too much for u , ur body will tell you . but maybe start with a cup of blood and as u prepare the liver u can tell how much is a good amount , how many grams did u get?

as for the honey, is it raw? if so u can do whatever , lots of people mix meat with honey
