@Soundcloud if you stick raw animal bone in your ass and leave it there for a few minutes the flesh in your anus will start to mine the calcium from the bones and deliver it to the bones for them to grow.

@Soundcloud drink 3L raw milk or kefir everyday, get it straight from the farm unrefrigerated. Don't refrigerate it at all if possible, store in glass jars and let it naturally ferment. Also, eat the best quality closest to the slaughter raw animal products you can.
Get lots of sleep and sunlight, don't stress. Don't be afraid to enjoy raw honey with raw milk, raw honey also contains enzymes that can't potentially lower estrogen which will also help keep growth plates open.Stay primal

Also, go to the butcher or farmer and supplement with fresh organs sometimes, try out new ones and find ones that you might like. Liver and heart are my favorite

Naturally:
- Get lots of sun
- lots of lambs liver as much as you can or want and brain (non lamb is fine but lamb is ideal
- 3-7L raw unfrozen unrefrigerated colostrum per week
- The PD ofc
- Dont be in ketosis
Optimally:
- All of the things mentioned above
- Hgh 8ius+/night
- Infigratinib 25mg/day with sevelamer at meals to avoid phosphate toxicity (infigratinib alone will do 3x as much growth as every single other thing mentioned combined)
