@orbital you are right. Most is. It is made from farmed fish and goes through a machine proccessing and additives are added making is realy unhealthy. Sometimes it isnt even real fish. But if you get high quality fish from a good source it can be realy tasty and good. And because it is "like sushi" it will fly with the parents because they think sushi=not bad

Any of you guys into peptides or have knowledge on them?I have personally taken only a few compounds similair to peptides when i was 51
. I had a cycle of 20mg of infigratinib 21 days on 9 days of for 9 months. I took 800mg sevelamer carbonate to minigate my calcium-phosphate leves and 30mg safron extract to prefent foggyness of the eye every day. My cycle went completely fine, i had no major side effects exept for some diarhea
. For safety i had a full blood check and phosphate check before beginning. checked blood phosphate levels 2 weeks after starting and then every month. The first 2 months i took ophthalmological examinations, vision assessments and intraocular pressure assessments. Also took blood tests every week to check ALT, AST, creatinine, bilirubin but these normaly dont spike or change much. This was growth driven and changed my hight. -
What do y'all recommend me to naturally max out my puberty?Just cook your meat medium rare and drink nice amounts of milk, water and fruitjuices. You could try mixing stuff like egg yolks, milk and honey to see if you like it. I wouldt worry to much about it since raw milk and other natural foods have more than enough minerals and nutrients like lactoferrin in raw milk to make you grow. If you have a liking for sea food you could eat raw oysters, fish and crustations because it is pretty much just sushi witch is socially accepted.
