I already made a post regarding my non fermented dairy intolerance and my gut issues and they still persist to this day and i absolutely can't gain weight, like absolutely not i make like 6 meals a day and still can't gain weight, im 6'1, 18 i have gut issues since i was 16, constipation, alot of gas, bloating, my breakfast now is mostly one tablespoon of raw unsalted cheese i make myself, followed by 5 local raw eggs then 1 liter of homemade raw kefir that i got the grains from a woman near me, i found her on a facebook group, those issues are killing me and i feel no benefits from drinking the kefir, i sweat ALOT throughout the day those days its very hard to maintain composure.,

Raw milk intolerancei get unrefrigerated raw milk collected 1 hour before from a milkman near my house he does raw milk delivery every morning so i have to wake up early, he delivers it directly to my house, the milk is indeed good quality and it's 100% raw and fresh, but it seems like i have some kind of intolerance to milk, even never refrigerated raw milk gives me stomach cramps, aches, gas, bloating and diarrhea sometimes if i dont sip very slowly, i add some honey and whole eggs sometimes to see if the digestion improves but no reaction, i still drink it regardless of those symptoms but it seems like im not gaining any benefit from the milk, now im trying to let it sit 24 hours in room temp in a dark place to ferment it, it lowers the symptoms but it still doesn't look like my health is not improving at all, i think i have some kind of chronic dysbiosis since i have been suffering from stomach issues since 2024, i've consulted many doctors, a ton of exams, one detected i had SIBO and gastritis, and potentially IBS, thank god it's not something like ulcerative colithis or cronhs but regardless it's still insufferable and ruining my daily life, also my urine is extremely foamy for no reason at all, my diet basically consists of fermented clabbered milk in the morning when it's ready, raw milk in the morning, raw eggs, beef stew/soup, some potatoes, butter, and a bit of rice.
