yes, the goats diet isn't optimal, but its still some of the best milk you could get (ofc disregarding buffalo, sheep, so on and on milk) definitely worth buying it if you have the large sum of money for it, completely moggs cow milk imo, i drink a liter of it everyday

should i be worried about sugar? i drink like a liter of raw goat milk a day which is like 30-50g of sugar, then for example in addition to that i ate half a kilo of pineapple today, also some other sugars here and there (heavy cream, juice, so on and on).

yeah, im pretty lean, im turning 15 in a month, i'm like 175-176 rn and 56 kg, i eat like 200g of animal fat a day and if i had to say the amount i eat in calories then probably around 4000-5000 daily. really hard for me to gain weight, even if id eat a ton of slop .

@Rabbi the sugar making process uses chemicals, but does not leave a residue, ive never seen it as something to be demonised or frowned upon, basically just the same as honey - just sugar, has really 0 negative effects on your body when your body is already healthy and you consume it in moderation, but at the end of the day, this is just my opinion, its okay to disagree on somethings, as long as the overall meaning is positive ️

@Rabbi yeah dude, i agree with you, he praises sugar a little too much, but its still beneficial since its literally anti stress, and homemade ice cream is good, just raw heavy cream, honey or even white sugar, and raw egg yolks, i ate a bowl of this ice cream before school and felt way calmer and clearer in the head, but really i believe animal products should take up 90% of the food you eat. overall in my opinion he was a really cool lad, looked healthy at 80 and def helped many throughout his life.

i think the idea or trend is very negative in general, people understand it anyway whether they like it or not, it hurts the general population and especially the ones who are immersed in it, i think that instead of a hateful community (what it really is) should be a health and wellness focused community, like our primal one, hate always comes from insecurity. its gotten to such a bad point that people modify themselves heavily, just take a look at the new roided up incel kick influencers who literally go around preaching hate all day, they hate themselves, that's okay, some people do, but blackpill just normalises that to an unnecessary point. i do believe in lookism and blackpill as an idea and a philosophy. And yes, it is subconsciously wired into every person's brain since birth. my final point is that: people should stop measuring their dick and just get outside and fuck, by this i mean that people should stop calculating ratios and get outside live a healthy life which will eventually make them look better anyway. We should stop pushing a fix to a problem if we could solve the root cause of the problem.

actually would like to live in africa at some point in my life and help the local community/village any way i could, i feel like the people may not be the smartest in todays viewpoint, but that's the good part of it, too much of so called "smartness" actually causes way more trouble than necessary, just compare a modern european person to a african dude living in a small community.
