@Klaudio_Bosi ive been sleeping on a thin mattress for half almost half a year now and i feel more rested and my bones got a little denser. It is healthy because you lay on your bones and let your muscles repair. When you lay on a very soft bed youre muscles arent relaxed so they cant heal.
But overall i think every primal nigga should be doing this its just a basic and kinda overrated in this community
