FOOD POISONING? DETOX? HELP!I woke up feeling slightly drowsy. After eating a slice of milk-fed calf meat, I had an unusual episode of diarrhea about 10–20 minutes later. I then ate 4 scrambled eggs. A few hours later, I developed nausea, stomach pain, and extreme lethargy. Raw fermented milk didn't help much, while raw farmer's cheese helped a little. I later took a probiotic and an anti-nausea pill. About an hour afterward, I ate beef soup with potatoes, which made me feel significantly better. I was able to go outside, but I still felt tired afterward. I'm now resting at home and wondering what foods would be best to eat while recovering.
It is important to know that I am not on a strict primal diet.

I ripped off my butcher and 2 questions about eating raw meat- Should it be eaten fast or slow? I always rush when eating food I like. Whenever I eat raw meat I always chew it fast, but never choke on it. The texture and taste is really pleasant.
2 Should it be eaten standing up or sitting? I always stand up when eating raw animal products because I eat them in the kitchen and never bother to sit down.
I think that these 2 bad habits are affecting my digestion. I ate some raw meat with extremely yellow fat and some bone marrow. This was my first meal of the day. I do feel the food in my stomach.
This is the culprit of all of this. Must have been the best raw meat I have ever eaten. Just 13,37 euros per KG
