Ultrasounds are very dangerous; they heat up the cells in your body- during the process. Often you get a mis courage, one week after doing an ultrasound. If u feel like u need it, I recommend doing it only once (at 8th month) to see if there are enough fluids and to see if a baby is in a right position. Optionally, u could make one at 4-5 month if you are afraid of the down syndrome so you could consider abortion. Doing an ultrasound in the first 12 weeks strongly damages the process of creating a baby and shouldn't be performed.

Tutorial how on primal dietIf ur scared of microorganisms at the beginning, just soak the meat a little bit in lemon juice (natural ofc) or slightly cook it so u can be more confident and still absorb many nutrients. Always try to get fresh and high-quality organs from a farm, examples of healthy organs: Beef liver, brain, lungs, bull testicles. If u want to hop on a raw diet- u should prioritize organs over muscle meat and drink lots of cow blood since it is very high in iron and many other nutrients. Consume raw and fermented dairy but be careful because some may find dairy highly allergic and remember to get lots of sun (no sunscreen ofc)

Why u shouldn't eat meat before sleepbeef has the biggest amount of adrenaline and other hormones, those hormones give you a lot of energy, which result in you being more hyperactive. It's better to eat a meat like raw fish or chicken before bed because they have less adrenaline and calm the nervous system.
