So in the last year I’ve drunk hundreds of litres of raw milk, from different animals, farms and countries. And one thing I noticed from every single one, is that when I’m consistently drinking raw milk, I look slightly more bloated and just feel like I can’t think as straight. Maybe it’s inflammation. I really like drinking it, and I crave it, but I feel like it affects me negatively. Can anyone relate? I’m thinking of not drinking it for a while, and then reintroducing it to see. Perhaps it’s the sugar, maybe trying only fermented raw milk? It’s definitely not an A1 problem, I get this with goats milk too.

Try kefir instead, are you storing your milk lower than 45F in the fridge? That causing a breakdown of milk. Are you genetically predisposed to drinking milk? Meaning, would your ancestors have had it? I've found that a some Native American primals don't like drinking milk, probably because their ancestors drank very little if any at all of it

Kefir. Maybe it's because you're nonwhite, human genes aren't for everyone
