I think the randle cycle is irrelevant

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

I see many debates online on its importance, currently I’m eating around 200g’s carbs a day and I’d guess around 300g fat. Is it something to stress about, how bad is it for health or optimization?

This is an interesting topic, There are alot of different speculations that combining fat & carbs cause inflammation, However the more i deep dive into the randal cycle I just came to the conclusion that it only really effects obese people or people on seriously poor diets.

We are on Primal, so we are not combining carbs with fats much anyway. for example, I would have an orange for dessert after your lube formula which would come to what 20 grams of carbs? it surely can't be that deep. I think it's blown out of proportion from what iv'e seen. Alot of conflicting research.

@Chill hard on the digestive system, I’ve noticed when I chug it I get bloated and it gives me the shits, but that could also be because it’s A1

@Jay Inflammation = the bodies natural immune response to injury, toxins or infections. Definition.

Why is this a bad thing? Could be anything, growth, detox everything

@Elliott87 The persistent kind. Temporary inflammation is very good indeed, but when it never turns off... diabetes and heart disease creeps up on you

                                Enjoy the raw milk
