Let's take a step back. what are you doing whilst your a fainting? are you sitting, standing are you doing intense work (stress) or perhaps menstruation time. Fainting can also be anemia or onset diabetes related. there are so many confounding variables.

Try & get into a feedback loop with us about what you are typically doing whilst fainting.

My personal take? I would feel faint and dizzy whilst being closer to keto but when i got in an extra 100-150 grams of carbs a day with more dairy and fruit, Gone.

@ela I guess just try out different primal foods you haven’t tried. It could be something with glucose and ketosis. Im usually in ketosis but on a date I ate hella fruits and then I felt the disaster of unstable energy levels dependent on eating sugar. So then I was out of ketosis and obviously when the sugar was all used I had a huge energy crash and lowkey felt dizzy and lightheaded like you. Only like 2 days later I felt completely the all day infinite energy of ketosis 😂
So could it be an issue with eating low carbs but just enough to not be producing ketones?

@Liverlover she would probably feel better if she just incorporated more carbs like i did when i was dizzy & faint. I can almost promise her on that.

@ela By race or nationality?Even tho that still should't affect it as much, depending where you live.

From personal experience it is probably electrolyte issues try eating high mineral foods or some “toxic” salted cheese urine therapy also really helps with this

@iblamedoctors Yes could be dehydration from not drinking enough fluids like milk and blood.

@ela you’re in the UK right? UK weather right now has been kinda nuts recently, the sun here is just different compared to Africa. I feel really weird outside sometimes, and I get dizzy or feel like going inside. Or maybe you are just dehydrated? Or low blood sugar?
