@Liverlover Yes exactly, thats why im super confused
@ela I guess just try out different primal foods you haven’t tried. It could be something with glucose and ketosis. Im usually in ketosis but on a date I ate hella fruits and then I felt the disaster of unstable energy levels dependent on eating sugar. So then I was out of ketosis and obviously when the sugar was all used I had a huge energy crash and lowkey felt dizzy and lightheaded like you. Only like 2 days later I felt completely the all day infinite energy of ketosis

So could it be an issue with eating low carbs but just enough to not be producing ketones? -
@Liverlover Yes however heat it definitely not the issue, I was born in Zimbabwe so I am used very hot weather

Recently I have been fainting quite a bit. This has never been an issue for me in the past, so it worries me a bit.
Ive looked on aajonus.net and the only thing I’ve really found was to eat more (every 2 hours or so)Does anyone else have any experience or recommendations to solve this issue? Thanks
@ela
From personal experience it is probably electrolyte issues try eating high mineral foods or some “toxic” salted cheese urine therapy also really helps with this -
Let's take a step back. what are you doing whilst your a fainting? are you sitting, standing are you doing intense work (stress) or perhaps menstruation time. Fainting can also be anemia or onset diabetes related. there are so many confounding variables.
Try & get into a feedback loop with us about what you are typically doing whilst fainting.
My personal take? I would feel faint and dizzy whilst being closer to keto but when i got in an extra 100-150 grams of carbs a day with more dairy and fruit, Gone.

Eat more often, veg juice for appetite. Eat your fruit meal daily

@ela By race or nationality?Even tho that still should't affect it as much, depending where you live.

@PrimalFingolian Im a white rhodesian
@ela you’re in the UK right? UK weather right now has been kinda nuts recently, the sun here is just different compared to Africa. I feel really weird outside sometimes, and I get dizzy or feel like going inside. Or maybe you are just dehydrated? Or low blood sugar?
