    Blend 2 tbsp raw honey into 6 oz milk, great starter for 1-2L of kefier. Aajonus recipe.

    I let it sit out for about 1 ½ days. Tastes amazing, try it. I'm going to try for 3-4 days next.

      @RuskinPrimal Do the honey’s bacteria also reproduce ? Or does the kefir just ferment and the honey stays the same?

        @RuskinPrimal don’t let it sit too long, it will turn to alcohol because of the added honey

          @Bert I think the honey's bacteria adds to fermentation process. It has a certain sweetness to it that makss it taste amazing

              @RuskinPrimal yes lol, I had like 6 batches turn to alcohol, tbf I let them ferment for like 5 months so ig it makes sense
