@Bert did they have a good face and good posture because they had good nutrition? Or do they have a good face from posture?
Aajonus said bad posture is caused by malnutrition and toxins.
The tongue stuff is not true, because if the palate didn’t expand (from nutrients) the tongue wouldn’t have space to sit there. It’s the symptoms not the cause
@foidkiller1488 Well aajonus wasn’t right about everything bro. Bad posture is caused by muscle imbalance which is caused by chairs and modern footwear. Has nothing to do with nutrition. How will bad food cause your glutes to become weak and hip flexors tight? Obviously from sitting in chairs all day which basically turns off your glutes and keeping the hip flexors in a 90 degree angle will tighten them. The shoes will also ruin your natural foot functions and strength and the imbalance will translate up the chain since your feet are the base of your body.

@foidkiller1488 I also partly agree if you have horrible oral posture from not chewing proper food it will translate downwards as well but chairs and shoes are the main factors

I suspect this guy had good posture during development and now he messed it up bc his autistic ass is probably sitting around all day. He looks like in his mid 20s so it’s very possible. Your explaination doesn’t make sense how tf is toxins gonna make certainn muscles tight and overdeveloped and certain muscles weak.

@Bert I wasn’t being clear mb. Poor posture is from toxins, they irritate the muscle or nerve in that area causing it to contract. That’s why most people even after intense physio always end up reverting to their cooked posture
@foidkiller1488 Yeah but why does it do that to the chest and not upperback muscles (rounded shoulders) or neck flexors and not extensors. People revert because to actually fix posture you need years of consistent exercises I speak from experience.

@Bert I’m tryna show that posture doesn’t mean anything. It seems most of the toxins went to his brain lol
@foidkiller1488 Too many seeds probably
