Anyone have any experience with bad circulation/low blood oxygen? raynaud's syndrome etc

and if so has primal helped you at all? Aajonus said hot baths are good for circulation and i've been doing that a lot but my extremeties are always numb and cold. My eyes would suggest low oxygen accoding to iridology.

Perhaps something to do with nerve signalling? I personally struggled with low oxygen before but only because I moved somewhere high altitude.

I’m curious if you have had fat digestion issues, or gallbladder issues?
