Aajonus said hot baths are good for circulation and i've been doing that a lot but my extremeties are always numb and cold. My eyes would suggest low oxygen accoding to iridology.</p>

Perhaps something to do with nerve signalling? I personally struggled with low oxygen before but only because I moved somewhere high altitude.</p>
