I started this milk ferment about 3 months ago, probably 1 week ago I put some honey into it to see how it would taste, then let u keep fermenting, it tastes like a really really weak alcohol, like 1% or something. Is this now bad for me if I consume it, or should I keep eating it

can be detoxifying. i let all my milk ferment and drink it within a week or so
