I'm 17 years old and have had rheumatoid arthritis for seven years. I'm generally weak, weighing only 40kg, and I can't gain any weight. My family raises sheep. Which is better for building muscle quickly—sheep's milk or cheese?

Obviously Raw milk since you can consume lots of it quite easily and Lots and lots of raw fat with carbs as well since you do want to add weight.

@Maja IME, I personally feel slightly better pumps whenever I drink milk (of any variety). Cheese is oftentimes more of a "cooling" and anti-stress food for me to eat, whereas fresh milk seems to be more "heating" in a unique sort of way. Nonetheless, both are excellent purveyors for mass gaining and the like.

YMMV, you'll have your answer once you thoroughly experiment with the two.

If you'd like, I can DM you a bit of information regarding your case of rheumatoid arthritis and pathways to possible remedies; I don't want to make a textwall here. Please do let me know.

Good luck and get well soon.

@Maja I suggest you look into emfs if you haven't already and get an emf reader for your house.

            Enjoy the raw milk
