I'm 17 years old and have had rheumatoid arthritis for seven years. I'm generally weak, weighing only 40kg, and I can't gain any weight. My family raises sheep. Which is better for building muscle quickly—sheep's milk or cheese?
@Maja IME, I personally feel slightly better pumps whenever I drink milk (of any variety). Cheese is oftentimes more of a "cooling" and anti-stress food for me to eat, whereas fresh milk seems to be more "heating" in a unique sort of way. Nonetheless, both are excellent purveyors for mass gaining and the like.
YMMV, you'll have your answer once you thoroughly experiment with the two.
If you'd like, I can DM you a bit of information regarding your case of rheumatoid arthritis and pathways to possible remedies; I don't want to make a textwall here. Please do let me know.
Good luck and get well soon.
