I only recently cut out junk from my diet and started eating naturally, but my dark under eyes still remain. Im not sure if the little changes (lightening) I see are just that or its merely a placebo. Goatis says that its not related to bone structure, which i kind of understand, if you eat better, then your bones will develop more but your skin will also get healthier, so its not causation but a simple correlation.

So imo, recessed infra orbital bones do have effect on hollowness/round looking holes around the eye but the color itself can be fixed. I notice myself i dont experience any discoloration under the eyes when im able to sustain a ‘healthy’ lifestyle. (sit in the sun alot, being well rested, eating your natural diet and not stressing ur ah)

@naturecel I struggled with dark eye circles for a while whilst on the diet (due to my skeletal structure) recently they’ve gotten better, just focus on getting some sun and make sure your getting some collagen (bone broths, cartilage) and they should clear up the most they can
