If you go back to normal and start gaining weight again then cut back a teeny bit.. The main thing is finding the perfect amount of food or your body to maintain the weight you want

I'm currently 183cm and 105kg, mostly fat. I want to lose a lot of weight, maybe get down to 80-90 lean.

Aajonus recommends eating 1 egg every 30min-hour of the day and a lean meat meal with a little butter. You could easily replicate something similar for your diet. You can do pretty much everything just don’t go to low on fat and don’t starve in general and you should be good. Also if you avoid vegetable juice and white meat for the first weeks it shouldn’t trigger your appetite to much.
