Is there any substantial proof that raw primal is actually any more effective than that of a balanced ‘healthy’ diet? If so I’d be down to debate

Well raw primal is too fat heavy and focuses too heavily on certain nutrients compared to that of other more optimal diets that it just makes it illogical to choose it over other diets

Raw animal fat is beneficial as it is used to store toxins we get from environment and food. Most toxins are fat soluble. Literally the fat in peoples stomach has a lot of toxins. Also fat is good for energy of chemical reactions. Plus there is nothing negative in raw animal fat, it can't cause any damage.
Heavy on certain nutrients is good as you can't have too much micronutrients, only too much macronutrients. Healthy body can manage any natural amount of micronutrients, it doesn't matter how much there are them.

@Aryan-Incel I mean what proof are you looking for? Look at the first nations tribes and tribes in Africa and Nigeria. Not even that look at Italy they eat mostly raw cheese not even that much raw meat and look how much healthier then us they are,(reason why I don't mention life expectancy is cause they count tons of immigrants who came in the country and died early causing the life expectancy to go down cause all studies are biased) even though Italians they drink tons of alc and smoke by just eating mostly raw cheese and obv their pasta is made from eggs more or so on the fake carnivore diet but still proof. I need more on what you mean by proof. Raw primal is clearly the healthiest when sourced right. If your saying we need veggies since thats what counts as a balanced diet then your wrong even if you pull up studies that compare veggies to slice of muscle meat(least nutritious part has more nutrients then vegetables even in the studies that show muscle meat that is burned to crisp more cooked then well done literally black meat veggies still don't have half of it so imagine it raw. I know what your thinking why those nutrients that are in raw arent needed but your wrong. You need extra nutrients more then they tell you how do you think your body gets taller, Your teeth become strong and straighter. Your face getting more bones and masculinised. Your brain changing as well how same as growing more hair. autism is literally an nutrient deficiency as well more nutreints LITERALLY DICTATE YOUR LIFE HAVING EXTRA MAKES YOUR BODY WORK BETTER IN EVERYWAY. OBV AN INSANE AMOUNT OF ANYTHING IS BAD. But those nutrients you brush off are the building blocks of height looks and brain development and your healing factors and also the reason why your on this site asking if it works .

@Aryan-Incel When looking at what the important aspects of a diet are, you have to look at what is natural. Because what is natural will be the diet that matches our physiology the best. So look at non-industrialized tribes and their eating habits. The Primal Diet is not necessarily our natural diet, but we have to cope with unnatural toxins and natural toxins out of balance. So it's a way to progress out of your toxic symptoms. For symptom-free people, you must consider what has the most bioavailable nutrients that are actually both required and beneficial for both health and development. When you include plants, while not completely detrimental, it's a harmful opportunity cost, as animal products have every nutrient that you need in the right proportion, while plants do not. If the plant is currently able to be sustained in your environment, it may be an alright option if you so choose to include it. Some places to look so that you can remain disease-free is the Weston A. Price Foundation. They have dietary principles that should keep you healthy. Remember, deficiencies extend to light environment and grounding as well, so be sure to go outside.
