@Plixci before I drank raw milk i’d mainly drink pasteurised milk and it was okay for me, i’d test it out and see how your body reacts
@ela non-homogenized is also much better than just fully homogenized and pasteurized milk ,so if cant find non pasteurized then that, yeah. then getting some raw milk if can even if its expensive and making raw fermented milk from it to maximize bacterial amount for maximum benefits.
