No, dont, pasteurized foods are poisonous. The calcium in pasteurized milk for example will clog your arteries

@veloman22 The theory is that pasteurization damages milks calcium, making it unusable by the body. The natural transport proteins, cofactors, and structures needed for proper cellular uptake and distribution are destroyed, so the altered calcium can not be transported and utilized correctly.

idk rly how true that is but it makes some sense

It is illegal to buy or sell raw milk in my country (Scotland) so is pasteurized milk still decent for maximizing development?

@Plixci before I drank raw milk i’d mainly drink pasteurised milk and it was okay for me, i’d test it out and see how your body reacts

@ela non-homogenized is also much better than just fully homogenized and pasteurized milk ,so if cant find non pasteurized then that, yeah. then getting some raw milk if can even if its expensive and making raw fermented milk from it to maximize bacterial amount for maximum benefits.

@Plixci you should try source raw milk intended for pets!, some countries have a legal loophole for raw dairy
