It’s chicken liver and it’s been fermenting for around 3-4 weeks, it’s smells very strongly of onions, I ate a piece around the 1 week and 2 weeks mark, didnt have any problems, but wondering about if it’s fermenting properly as the smell has gotten much stronger over the past week -
