All these guides (whether from google or AIs) tells you to use some sort of chemicals, and sunscreen is ALWAYS included. So I am wondering is there any primal way to fix hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone? I didn't meant avoiding tanning but since I used to consume seed oils I got them burning instead of tan. This all started when I was in my old school, they used to put us outside for assemblies and since the uniform shirt was half, my body except my arms and neck&face look ways darker, creating an uneven skin tone. Though I stopped consuming seed oils now so I don't burn anymore, but the uneven skin tone isn't fixed.
