So I've known about it for a while now, but just after talking to a friend and finding out they were on the Raw Primal Diet, I decided to give it a go. The thing is, though, I have almost no idea whatsoever about what to eat, when to eat it, and WHERE to find the best raw organic products. For the past 3-4 days I've been drinking lots of PASTEURIZED milk (yes, I know, pretty bad) and some 1-3 raw eggs (not fully organic, as I said I don't know yet where to find the good quality stuff) and overall I've been feeling pretty better, I also stopped using my antitranspirant (Perspirex, full of mercury) and started washing my hair with egg yolks + 1 tbsp olive oil (again, not good quality). Cutting out all the BS food has been kinda hard for me, but I think I'm doing a good job avoiding ultraprocessed garbage such as snacks, soda, etc. I'm STILL eating cooked food such as pasta, chicken, potatoes (the list goes), but I'm really optimistic in changing my habits fully and forever. Can anyone give me a starter kick on how to do it slowly without compromising my health? I'm 18yo BTW, around 1,75m, weight 95-100kg, and a 25-28% bodyfat. I've worked out for a year and a half (Heavy Duty training) and I got a decent physique, so it would be helpful if i could lean down a little bit and get healthier with the diet at the same. Thanks for the attention
