While realising that raw meat is true food is undoubtedly the more important step, getting your body used to actually eating it is something you unavoidably have to go through; as someone wise once said, "The only way out is through." I recommend the following steps for all who are starting out or want to help others who are not able to eat raw meat:
-
1st Step: Continue with your regular way of buying and eating food; that means buying from a supermarket and cooking the food. However, start eating animal products exclusively. Stop eating vegetables, seeds, grains and whatever sludge they serve the masses.
-
2nd Step: Begin cooking your food less thoroughly, leave your eggs runny, exchange store milk for raw milk, and leave your meat as pink as possible. Also improve upon the quality of your food; no more supermarket meat but butcher meat.
-
3rd Step: Once you regain the ability to eat raw animals, get comfortable with rotten, moldy and fermented foods, because foods stored at low temperatures all the time are not ideal. Be happy at this point, for you have made it.
I used to swallow pieces of meat/liver, eggs, etc., whole with (raw) milk. It is way easier than chewing. It took me more than a year to eat raw meat, sour milk, eggs, etc., without disgust, so don't be discouraged.

Yeah that is exactly how I did it.
Now i eat raw liver weeks over the "Expiry date" and raw fermented milk.
