        @Shaprawy how much u weigh now? that should be hard at all.

        Do the papaya custard, and lots of high meat to digest and assimilate food more.

          @zygomidus working out outdoors is not even comparable to a slave indoor gym and a few years off your 140 year lifespan to look and feel amazing and be more confident and status is worth it lmao

          @Vibrance-ᛉ working out doesnt decrease lifespan, dont fall for the goatis claims.

          If you have stress rings, its healthy to exercise (Just dont deadlift and shit, unnatural ass movement)

              i want to gymcel on the diet very bad, ik ppl in the community like to demonize the gym but im only here to increase my life quality since im skinny for my height (65kg on 186cm) and being more physically aesthetic will increase my life cahnces, also i saw ppl in the primal community saying that u can gymcel while mantaining ur health and longevity, so how do i go about it?

              how do i minimize stress as much as possible?

              how much do i increase carb?

              how many times should i train a week and how long a training session should be?

              if anybody here did gymcel on the diet how much weight did u gain first 6 months?

              also since social media is obsessed with putting super high standards and making slaves body dismorphic, is this physique realistic? with a little bit bigger arms

              @Shaprawy

              Read what Aajonus said about this in one of his Q&A's

              Q: Yeah, I'd like to ask about muscle tone. How does one prevent from losing muscle tone without having to work out all that much and maintain skin elasticity?

              A: Well, that's a matter of eating enough raw meat long enough. It usually takes somebody six years on the diet to get rid of all the toxic connective tissue that's involved in supplying it. The lymph system feeds every system in the body except the blood cells, red and white. So if the lymph system is circulating properly it can get the nutrients into the connective tissue and into the muscles. So the lymph system feeds everything, and it also pulls out all the byproducts and waste products. So if the lymph system isn't functioning properly you'll store a lot of garbage in the connective tissue and in the lymph. And then everything cannot be fed properly. And it usually takes six years, six and a half years on the diet, depending on your age, to get to that point. I haven't worked out now in twenty five, twenty six years, and I’m solid everywhere. I walk maybe once a month, a couple miles.

              Fuck the mainstream goydoctors

                  @Hunterskull yeah but thats about not losing muscle not building muscle, the guy who asked this is most probably and old man that wants to decelerate the proccess of aging, but yeah i know i should increase my meat intake as he said in the workshop

                    @Shaprawy Do mike mentzer style training and just continue eating the regular primal diet. You don't need to eat excess carbs for sports on the primal diet unless you highly crave them.

                      @88 before training carbs would be highly effective tho, rather he is on primal or not
