its literally sodium and chloride in non toxic amounts (so it cant be compared to other rocks with minerals in toxic amounts)

@Vibrance-ᛉ clorine is highly toxic and sodium is highly reactive, turning into an explosive in your body

@Vibrance-ᛉ fucks up your eloctrolytes balance which deeply dehydrates your cells, chloride is highly reactive and toxic

only good in very small amounts if u cooked ur food because sodium is a water solluble mineral so u lose ALOT of it, nobody eats raw meat and feels like they want to put salt in it, also sometimes just look at how you feel from a naturalistic prespective, humans did NOT lick rocks and u feel thirsty after putting salt in ur meal for a reason, most ppl have fucked up tastebuds because they cook their food to much so they put too much spices till it becomes their baseline, nobody eats raw meat and feels like they want to put salt in it

No need for such complexity. Take a tablespoon of salt on it's own and eat it and we'll see how much you like it.

@zygomidus best argument icl but how come it'd taste good with food? Almost like I intuitively know its unhealthy in isolation but with the right natural foods its healthy

@Vibrance-ᛉ salt is pretty toxic but certain things are way worse. And if you really insist on eating it then its not the that bad since you are already eating raw... still pretty toxic tho, remember that. You shouldnt have to mix salt with other foods for it to taste neutral or good nor any food ever in that matter. Drink your milk, celery juice and eat ur meat, organs and butter and see how long you can last without salt.

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@Vibrance-ᛉ its brainwashing because salt is a business, so they try to make as much "studies" or pay health influencers and industry plants to advertise it, just like when blueberry farm companies wanted to sell blueberries so bad they made the whole "antioxidant" probaganda and then it became a very popular standard for knowing if a thing is healthy or not while they are actually not utilized in our body if coming from a plant, or the cigarettes probaganda in 1940-1950 when it was marketed as healthy and people genuinly believed they are healthy because "people recommend it", or the seed oil probaganda that tries to convince u that seed oils are the best source of vit E while its also not utilized in our body because they are designed to protect the seed fat from oxidizing, many ppl fall for this and GENUINLY think salt is healthy so it got to a point where now its almost like a rolling snowball that constantly gets bigger, but back then it was not part of any indigenous tribe diet or any human in nature diet, as much as i dont like him but i recommend u watch resident raw's video on salt to see the full picture

@Vibrance-ᛉ celery juice is arguably the best source of sodium on the primal diet
