@barnacle Yes because you LOSE testosterone from the effort you put during the workout and your body needs more nutrients from food to repair the body and testosterone than without exercise.

@barnacle You don't "lose" it, rather, it's temporarily lowered. There's lots of mindless fearmongering about exercise in the Primal community.
@Rawsei I mean you lose it, until your body makes more. Its simple. Your body needs more nutrients to stay healthy if the person exercises vs doesnt exercise.
But on rawprimal people get high amounts of nutrients from raw animal foods so its not big problem usually.

@Rabbi I would never use the word "lose". It's simply a period of time where the body has reduced testosterone...Nothing has been "lost"

@Rabbi It's not lost, though; the body uses it. You're assuming the body exists in a contextless void, where things are "lost". Every process in the body has a cause and an effect.

@Rawsei Yeah its used ofc. It just depends if you want to spend your health and longevity for some meaningless muscles. And i dont think its worth it so i think its losing.
