Today I tried some cooked liver because I pussied out to just eat it raw. The liver is from a good source. But why does cooked liver taste so disgusting. Is raw liver also that nasty or is it way better?

@Rabbi is it that liver creates way more toxins than muscle meat. Because cooked muscle meat is still tasty.
