    if you have milk you can make your own cheese its super easy and no effort basically

              @Duta-M any cheese basically but it has to be truly raw and unsalted. Most cheeses like parmegiano Reggiano aren't truly raw actually.

                1. Is my understanding that you eat a 3x3cm cube of raw unsalted dry cheese every 20 minutes throughout the whole day accurate?
                2. If the cheese is mild cheddar and super mildly salted like barely any salt at all and its never heated above 103° (so its truly raw) does it still work for cheese trains
                3. Does it have any meaningful application for helping fix acne

                @Vibrance-ᛉ ive heard alot that cheese trains help with acne because the toxins detox through your skin anymore. you have to be consistent tho

                    @mei yeah I would be but I just cant find raw unsalted dry cheese ive only found raw never heated above 102°f lightly salted cheddar
