Cheese train questions
-
- Is my understanding that you eat a 3x3cm cube of raw unsalted dry cheese every 20 minutes throughout the whole day accurate?
- If the cheese is mild cheddar and super mildly salted like barely any salt at all and its never heated above 103° (so its truly raw) does it still work for cheese trains
- Does it have any meaningful application for helping fix acne

@zygomidus Are cheese trains made out of farmer's cheese? Or what kind of cheese?

@Duta-M any cheese basically but it has to be truly raw and unsalted. Most cheeses like parmegiano Reggiano aren't truly raw actually.

@Vibrance-ᛉ ive heard alot that cheese trains help with acne because the toxins detox through your skin anymore. you have to be consistent tho

@mei yeah I would be but I just cant find raw unsalted dry cheese ive only found raw never heated above 102°f lightly salted cheddar
