Wow good post, mirin the effort. But hot baths are the only way to get rid of hardened seed oils, you must melt them out

something that the baths are needed for is the lymph nodes , i have a lot of nodes that are very big and they need heat to melt. I am still getting very fat to be able to handle the 90 minutes.

@LUV they're not stuck? Your body actively utilizes them they're just unideal so you want to gain a bunch of bodyfat on primal (so all your new fat is <6% pufa) and then lose a bunch of fat on primal (to shed all of the old pufa fat) and it works especially well because pufa cells are readily available for lipolysis and will be burned preferentially due to being so liquidy

@Vibrance-ᛉ Adding hydrogen to unsaturated fats reduces the double bonds, which raises the melting point. Therefore, hydrogenation solidifies the oils.
As for the fat-lymph connection, dietary fat is packaged into chylomicrons that enter lymphatic vessels, i.e. dietary fat is absorbed throughj the lymphatic system.

@Rawsei sure I know that but that doesn't explain how lymphatic hot baths will detox seed oils like people say they will

@Vibrance-ᛉ The hot water penetrates the lymph glands and nodes, which melts the fat. And as we know, fat stores toxins, which means that throughout the detoxification process, the toxins leave through the skin.

@Vibrance-ᛉ they react with toxins and become hard and also just crystallise on its own

@Elliott87 at what rate do you detox those seed oils?
or like how much seed oils do you detox per 90 minute bath?
is there a unit for that?
