    @pecruxe welp, would be okay if they are pasture raised. I wouldnt consume other wise.

    There is another ways to understand the eggs quality if you cant find pasture raised eggs, check if the shell is hard also look if the vitelline membrane is easily able to burst or not, if its bursts easily its low quality eggs, if it doesnt, its high quality eggs.

    On top of that, there is a popular misconception the more appealing color the yolk has the healthier it is. This is not true because that color could be manipulated (and is manipulated with most companies by giving the chicken pepper that is high in capsacsin or whatever the fuck its scientific name is) to look more yellow and orangish. And it mostly doesnt have anything with the eggs nutritional value.

      @pecruxe No. imma be honest with you, always get your raw foods and drinks from trusted sources. supermarket foods is genuine goyslop which is why they require cooking

        @pecruxe Eat from anywhere you want I drink supermarket eggs raw all the time and have no problems if you try it and don't like it then just don't eat it simple.
