    @rawnut dont freeze organs or water animals cus you kill the water-soluble vitamins

        No it's a big loss. I referenced this from the evidence section:

        "Freezers (under 0'C) in cold temperature causes damage also to the 3D structure of micronutrients/chemicals in raw animal tissue by cold denaturation, ice crystal formation and mechanical damage."

                @Rabbi is this really true? From what I know freezing can damage tissue structure through ice crystals, but it does not significantly destroy the chemical structure of most micronutrients.

                  @SS i agree, frozen muscle that waa frozen for a day doesnt lose much flavor, buy i did this with liver and it really didnt tastr appetizing anymore, fish was also still really good

                    Basically fresh shitty factory farmed beef muscle meat is better than good quality frozen beef liver

                          @Murell222-0 Those 3 things I mentioned destroy about 90% of the micronutrients, as micronutrients need only 0.01% damage to not work at all, fats and proteins can still be digested and used even partially damaged.
