    Which one would be declared less harmful? I have been wondering which one is worse, poorer digestion or the issues that come with homogenisation. This example would only be applied to a situation of desperation for me in the case that I don't have access to raw milk and was forced to consume pasturized milk to keep up with caloric demands.

      @hello12345 id go with a2. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t homogenisation just breaking the fat down into smaller particles? I don’t see why it would cause major problems

            @veloman it can damage the milk because of how rough it is :'-)
