these creators are genuinely retarded, how do they not know this stuff? And people are coming to them for information and listening…
Avidin is not an anti nutrient in your stomach, which is hot and acidic@Elliott87
It really concerns me that someone like FaceIQ doesn’t know this, like how? It literally requires 5 minutes of researching. Your completely right. -
no bro it will deplete the biotin in the body i swear even tho it has never been observed to do so in a living animal body and only seen in laboratory experiments bruvvv
animals in nature eat the whites as well, thats all u need to know, no need for the mumbo jumbo

I think he's onto something
when he says people don't want to eat the egg whites, i agree with him.
The texture is just slimy & i gag them back up. I'm not going to throw them away too because that's a waste of money & protein source..So i cook them, and they become more bio available & palatable. Granted egg whites are the only food i cook but worth it.

@Jay that’s because egg whites are mainly protein, and guess what? Soy protein is toxic and tastes disgusting, and if your chicken eats soy you will have soy protein.
@Elliott87 yeah but soy yolks also taste disgusting

@Jay aint the bio available argument the same one they use to brainwash us that cooked meat is superior?

@Elliott87 So by cooking don't i cook out the toxicity of it?
Egg whites have virtually no fat too.. And IRCC the biggest problem with cooked animal foods are that cooked fat can swell up in you body and make your look fatter/more balloony at whatever bodyfat you are.

@Jay perhaps, but you also add heterocyclic amines and other toxins from cooked foods. Sorry I can’t think rn im so tired but I can’t sleep
@Elliott87 Can you show me hetocyclic amines?
-
@Elliott87 Can you show me hetocyclic amines?
@Liverlover Ok eat cooked food it’s all good
can you show me the vitamins lost to cooking? -

@Liverlover but heroin make you feel good, must be good for me

FaceIQ and all these creators need to stop coping with the „but avidin in egg whites“ and cooking their egg whites. Avidin is not a concern. It’s not even Proven. Eat it the natural way. Avidin does not Bind biotin. Your just cooking away the enzymes(which help digest the egg) and the nutrients.
@rawPrimalBube1 yeah Ovotransferrin in the raw egg white like lactoferrin in raw milk great for height and I think Osteoblasts, but I only find sources that disprove the claim that it doesnt bind to Biotin like it isn’t Problematik if you eat enough Biotin from other foods but still it does bind. (Source : Green N.M. (1963). “Avidin. 1. The Use of (¹⁴C)Biotin for Kinetic Studies and for Assay.” Biochem J 89:585-591) if you disprove it im open to chance my mind

It is One of the most misunderstood things. It’s ‚proven‘ in a Laboratory. avidin binding biotin is a laboratory observation, not a process that causes biotin deficiency in humans eating whole raw eggs. How could something happening in a chemistry lab, ever be applied to the human body? It’s the same with ‚calories‘. We’re not a machine. So why would the natural form of an egg, and the nutrients in it, contribute itself and harm the nutrients in it? It literally makes no sense.

@Ghar1b https://aajonus.net/primal-diet-workshop-qa-of-april-29-2006?s=biotin&pos=111439But what about the biotin problem? Hello? Only in a laboratory does it come up with a biotin problem, a biotin deficiency. I eat 50 eggs a day and I never show a biotin deficiency. I have never, ever seen a biotin deficiency from people eating raw eggs. I've seen it in some dogs and cats, but not in a human body. Never seen it. Dogs and cats need bones. So you're going to find a deficiency if you're only feeding them eggs. But a human, I fed humans nothing but eggs for nine months without one biotin deficiency symptom. Nine months only eggs, eggs every day, up to 33 a day. No symptom, no biotin deficiency. So these people who get on this theoretical bin, because some scientist says that there's no way that you won't have a biotin deficiency. Like I said in my book, We Want to Live, I talk about when I see the binding of avidin and biotin together, it handles biocarbons. Guess why you have a lot of biotin? To handle biocarbons. That's its purpose. So if you have a biotin deficiency, you're going to have a lot of biocarbons built up. That's going to create a lot of deficiencies. I don't have to see that the biotin is released from the avidin. I want the binding of the avidin and the biotin. But people who are eating cooked foods sometimes don't have the enzymatic link to utilize the biotin-avidin coupling to remove biotoxins. So some of that will be found in the urine or feces. But it is a minute amount that doesn't ever cause biotin deficiencies. So all of this myth about a biotin deficiency, I've never seen the empirical, clinical proof. Because it doesn't exist. It's all theoretical in a scientist's mind. And these people who believe it. And it's a sad thing because that combination is so important. And you will not have the fats and the proteins together to help digest each other. And when I've separated them and apply them to people, I have to eat the egg yolk thirty minutes before the other.
