How do you feel switching to raw meat in terms of digestion?
Google Ai summed up that many studies show cooked meat dissolves in acid faster than raw. Plus some snake study where it digested cooked better and faster( 13% less energy spent digesting). I ddisnt see if the studies were funded by anybody.
But there's plenty of anecdotal evidence that raw is digested better than cooked.
As for me I didn't really notice anything
