@Chill im not an expert in the primal diet but it should supply more than enough nutrients for your bones to remodel and grow forward/upward if you mew and keep correct body posture

@Chill im almost 17 and lowkey im not strict on the diet cuz in my country its damn expensive to buy high quality raw foods and yk im living off my parents' backs in the moment. But so far drinking raw milk/eggs/honey/little meat I noticed my skin is not dry anymore and I have less muscle soreness when I wake up.
I think raw meat plays a huge part here and I dont eat much often because my parents dont know about that yet, gonna speak to them about it soon😀

@Chill since you're 18, it's probably more likely that you will grow more in the face/calvicals or any other important masculine features and less so for height. Although height is still possible.

Dennis Rodman supposedly grew 8 inches the year after he graduated high school, so don't give up hope

@Chill even better. Drink 3L raw milk everyday to maximize growth potential and try your best to drink it unrefridgerated to maximize IGF-1.
I leave some in glass jars and drink them as kefir instead of fridge(Will start to clabber, no problem just use a spoon to mix it back up into liquid).

I still will drink fridge milk but warm it up to room temp(about 5 hour wait) before drinking if possible and make sure to store milk in the fridge no lower than 45°F.
Any colder and it will start to degrade the milk quality.

Fridge fresh milk lasts for about 1-2 weeks before it starts to sour, sour milk is good to drink to. It's just the halfway point between milk and kefir.

@Chill I've heard that it either causes it to reduce or completely destroy it, I don't really know for sure. What I do know though is that in nature refrigerating milk is totally unnatural because you would just drink it straight from the cow and you would only take what you need. Just like freezing and heating destorys food, so does refrigerating milk, IGF-1 is the growth hormone that is ment to grow a calf into a full grown cow

It's probably a delacate in nature and breaks down easily
