Hardening of seed oils makes no sense

No idea why really and I haven't looked into it. It has to do with the oils being hydrogenated I think. When talking about clogged arteries, I think aajonus is referring to the seed oils hardening. That's why lots of people who did hot baths for a long time improved their blood flow and had to sleep way less. Aajonus have said that he sleep about 4 or 5 hours most days. Correct me if I'm wrong

@zygomidus yes most of the time aajonous slept a lot less than most but he did say that wasn't a recommendation and that most people need more sleep than him.

@love they harden because they combine with synthetic chemicals, preservatives and medications.

@love Probably not the only way,but by far the best and has minimal to no downsides.

@love I'd bet on it. If you do them for long enough... You will be that person who has a super deep and even tan that every girl obsess over cause most of the toxic oils will be gone from the body.

@love yes with the lymphatic formula I wish u didn’t need hot baths BCs u can’t get everywhere under the water. Their even in our brains 🤬 once heavy metals are removed from the brain we have to get a snorkel and full submerge ourselves underwater.

And Aajonus said it takes 20 years of daily baths 🤬🤬🤬

Don’t put ur head underwater till u completely removed metals form ur brain, esp mercury which will move around destroying stuff

@mei apparently Ebola can do it. We might have to get Ebola we shouldn’t get it until we are extremely healthy or it will kill us.
