It has to do with the oils being hydrogenated I think. When talking about clogged arteries, I think aajonus is referring to the seed oils hardening. That's why lots of people who did hot baths for a long time improved their blood flow and had to sleep way less. Aajonus have said that he sleep about 4 or 5 hours most days. Correct me if I'm wrong
