@Elliott87 Bro wtf. If you can get high fat raw milk you can make butter pretty easily I’ve done it before.
@Bert I can’t get high fat milk
I live in Hong Kong. I can’t even get it in the summer with my grandparents because all the cows on the island they live are owned by the state
I’d have to order it from France but not even that’s allowed. Is sheep’s milk fine?
From what I understand sheep are like seasonal with their milk, idk if they produce In the summer -
about £160 (GBP) per week that comes to 0.5kg of red meat a day, 50 grams of raw butter, 6 eggs, 1 litre of raw milk, some honey for lube & Parmesan cheese for toxins, oysters & also about half a litre of orange juice (Ray Peat). So, im on the high end of spending but nothing get's unchecked.

@Jay Youl could cut down the costs significantly and improve your diet by getting some organs instead of muscle meat. Even the best quality organs are way cheaper than muscle meat.
-
@Bert Yeah cheers, i forgot to mention that I get about 100 grams of liver eaten raw split into two meals a week. I like to base alot of my meals around muscle meat. The FaceIQ approach. because i believe less is more with organs.
-
@Jay Why is that bro? You don’t like the organs?
@Bert think how big an organ is compared to the rest of the cow, like 1% off the entire cow. You got unintelligent people like Goatis who make 70% of their diet organs. I just dont think organ heavy diet makes sense.
Organs are tasty but after about 50-100 grams (specifically liver) they are not so tasty.. i think its the copper that throws us off after a few bites.
-
How much do you all pay for stuff like good quality grass fed meat,raw milk,organs and butter?
@PrimalFingolian i usually dont pay because my family has their own farm. But when i buy from others i usually pay 1€ for 1 liters of raw milk, and around 10-35€ for organ meats
