I have been eating mostly worser(most likely fed grain and vaccinated) quality leaner cuts of beef due to there being no good quality options anywhere near me,and thinking if its still better than not eating it at all.I know that some organs shouldnt be eaten if you know that they are very bad quality but are there still some organs that arent affected as much ect heart?

Controversial take, but if i had to worst quality cuts of meat like you described I would sear it till rare. Yes cooking destroys the nutrients & water soluble vitamins but it also destroys the toxins. Not sure how poor quality the meat you're describing is though. I'd go without organs if very poor quality as they can taste rancid if not from a healthy animal.

The best quality meats is what will jumpstart your primal journey.

@Jay Yeah i have been staying away from the organs the place sells becose of the quality. The muscle meat isnt the worst of the worst thats what i know but its by no means The best.i have read about if you arent sure about the quality of the beef it would be better to take leaner cuts becose the toxins can be stored in the fat not really sure about this info tho.
