Iridology is legit, use it for useful information on how you can detox

Starting looking at Iridology charts and my own eyes in good lighting environment. The most severe damage is to my lungs/bronchial as well as the surronding areas. I've been smoking on and off for the last 6 years.

Has anyone done the green tobacco detox that aajonus recommend for past smokers, does it work well?

i haven't. yea its legit my grandpa used it on horses to check health.

@RuskinPrimal Parts of it might be legit but you can see the internal health of the human from the skin also, usually.
