<![CDATA[Iridology is legit, use it for useful information on how you can detox]]>Starting looking at Iridology charts and my own eyes in good lighting environment. The most severe damage is to my lungs/bronchial as well as the surronding areas. I've been smoking on and off for the last 6 years.

Has anyone done the green tobacco detox that aajonus recommend for past smokers, does it work well?
