I’m making raw kefir (raw milk + 4 spoons store bought pasteurized kefir). Anyone got tips or experience?

@veloman Then wtf is kefir grains
@Bert that’s what they use for store bought, i can’t remember exactly but I think store bought contains roughly 5 different cultures of bacteria, where as homemade can contain up to 20, you can make your own starter by letting milk ferment and then using that fermented milk as a starter, but I’ve found it really doesn’t make much difference then just fermenting the whole bottle of milk from fresh
