I have two autoimmune diseases: ulcerative colitis (where the immune system attacks the gut) and warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (where the immune system attacks red blood cells). I’ve been looking into different diets and was wondering whether this would be the best approach for me

The reason your body attacks itself is that your thymus is malnourished and cant do what it is supposed to do, if you eat raw meat and stop eating poisonous plants, your thymus can function again. I wrote this: https://rawprimal.org/topic/74/this-is-how-you-can-transition-from-eating-goyslop-to-apex-nutrition-easily.

@Anthony A diet low in plants and especially fiber will likely help your situation. Listen to what Aajonus has to say in his books.

        Enjoy the raw milk

@Anthony 100%, Follow the full Primal diet, (no vegetable juices tho) to fix your autoimmune diseases.

Your body is just fucked up because of long-term low nutrition that has caused your body to slowly shut down. And also all the poisons from modern society.

For you raw liver (4-8oz) daily and 10+ eggs daily is the best 2 foods.

Eggs are the fastest, most complete nutrient delivery for rebuilding blood and repairing gut lining. And raw liver is the most nutritious food to repair blood and gut also.

Your anemia is primarily from destroyed red blood cells and poor new cell formation.

Also raw unsalted butter and cream.

Eat them and track your progress here.

A diet low in plants will not cure you it will only help the symptoms, raw liver, eggs and animal fat!

@Swansven Yeah but that will only help symptoms not cure him.
